Ingredients: 1 cup of fresh orange juice. 1/2 cup of Greek yogurt. 1/2 cup of frozen berries such as blueberries, strawberries, or raspberries. 1 banana. 1 tablespoon of honey. 1/2 teaspoon of fresh ginger grated. 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder. Ice cubes optional.
Instructions: Peel and chop the banana. In a blender, combine the fresh orange juice, Greek yogurt, frozen berries, chopped banana, honey, grated fresh ginger, and turmeric powder. Blend until smooth and creamy. If desired, add ice cubes and blend again until the desired consistency is reached. Pour the smoothie into a glass and enjoy!
