Cole Brooks is seventeen at the start of the story, liviing in the small town of Nom. It's where he was born, raised, and where his late mother lived in her early childhood.
A big fan of the arts; in Nom he learned how to play instruments and dance since his mom always told him it's how she fell in love with his dad. However when his mother passes away and he is sent to live with Lou, he found out the guy is not as cool as he imagined he would be.
Nurturing, detail oriented, highly focused, Cole never hurries or rushes into things. He is cautious to make decisions. Calm and grounded, though one thing threatens his level-headedness: his sentimentality.
Unpretentious and realistic, dependable and a very creative cook (and a better baker). He loves listening to his own meticulously planned playlists and eating all kinds of sweets.
Can usually be found wearing his favorite pair of dark high-rise flared jeans and a button up. His favorite shoes, a pair of heeled boots, his mom gave his dad, so they’re old. When he’s not wearing his preferred style he’s in athleisure or his gi.
