Yeah, the first period went well, but it all went downhill from there. I love them all to death, but I think that its really sad and embarrassing that we still couldn't beat them when they scratched 4 of their best players and have a rookie goalie. I get that Cody and Jonny weren't playing, but still I feel like we should still be able to squeak out a win when you have all 4 of their best forwards gone. And I'm sure they're tired from traveling and back to back games, but seattle did the same-🧡

We are more than Cody Glass.

Y'all know I love that boy! I do. I miss the hell out of him. He's my captain and I'll love him till the end of time, but we're more than him. We're a team. It's the Winterhawks not Cody Glass and the winterhawks. We can win without him. We do it all the time! This loss isn't about glass and Luds being out. It's about the sloppy plays we had.

Bodies were all over the place, getting in the way of Hofer making saves he should have been making. Our d was there, they were trying, but they were trying too hard and getting in the goalies way.

We got lazy in the second. It was a boring period with not much happening and they slept through it. Blichs two holding calls were bullshit and they resulted in two pp goals which was ultimately our down fall.

We can win without Glass (and Luds) but last night was a mess.

Also, schwebs was great on his end. I know it blasphemous to say, but I actually really like Cole. He's a good goalie and he had a few amazing (and devastating) saves.
