This looks amazing! How much of a watermelon yielded the required amount of rind? I'm literally writing a shopping list rn
We used half of a big ol watermelon! I actually forgot to measure whether the rind equaled a kilogram in the end and it worked out fine, but I did use slightly less sugar and honey than in the recipe.

nah i was looking for an article to statistically back up my claims in a paper that australia is one of the most racist countries in the world (3 guesses who else is in the top 3) despite all the ~multiculturalism~ everyone preaches (but we won’t go into that it would take too long)
i did actually look at some comments on one of the articles about Goodes commenting on the backlash/defending himself and was very pleasantly surprised apparently ppl CAN learn
