Use out-of-country VPNs with obfuscation to hide the protocol. Use servers on IP addresses used by indispensable domains like Amazon, Akamai, etc.

The latest version of MOFO Linux adds Lantern. Lantern is a “domain fronting proxy” built on the principle of collateral freedom.
MOFO Linux also contains the 5.0.4 update for the Tor Browser and adds the Tor Messenger. Tor is the software to use when you seriously need anonymity.

Collateral Freedom
Sometimes, when you are fighting a beast like the Great Firewall of China, you must think about ways of making it too costly to block sensitive content. One way is to put it next to things that the adversary doesn't want blocked, and share the domain with it.
An excellent paper on this is available from the Open Internet Tools Project, and they describe a non-vpn protective method called "collateral freedom".
