hi! I made a fanmade Duke Thomas trade, i titled it "The Signal Tape", and it collects all the stories with him and the Outsiders thus far in Infinite Frontier! Fake Collected Editions - Tigra Origins

I was doing some research on Tigra and decided to do this for some reason. Almost all of Tigra's starring stories have not been collected. I would get this book because I think she's a really underrated character who brings a lot of energy to team books. 

Here’s the back of the poorly designed book layout.  

For the sake of legibility, here are the blurb and contents from the back copy and pasted:

Greer Grant Nelson was a young woman from Chicago who dropped out of college to marry her policeman husband. After he died in a shooting, Greer needed to find a job and ran into her former physics professor Dr. Tumulo. Financier Malcolm Donalbain was using Tumulo's research to create a superpowered villainess named the Cat. To stop Donalbain's efforts and expose him, Grant underwent the same treatment and donned a costume to become the Cat. After getting injured in a radioactive blast, she was offered to become the "Tigra" warrior avatar of the ancient mystical Cat People. Nelson then found her body covered in striped orange fur, with heightened senses and exceptional athletic abilities.

The Cat was one of three early 1970s titles created to try and appeal to a female audience. Alongside Shanna the She-Devil and Night Nurse, Tigra has outpaced her peers to become a lasting figure in the Marvel Universe. She was a founding member of the West Coast Avengers and was a prominent instructor at Camp Hammond and the Avengers Academy.

Nelson was created by industry legends Roy Thomas and Wally Wood. Prominent female creators Linda Fite, Marie Severin and Christina Z have left their mark on the character. This collection includes all of Nelson's starring stories and several major moments in her superhero career.

This would be a pretty sizable book. So to make a more realistic page count (around 500) since no one is jumping for a Tigra omnibus, the contents could be trimmed down to the following:

Random thoughts on Omnibuses.

I am hopeful that Wonder Woman by Greg Rucka Omnibus Vol. 2 will include Liam Sharp's miniseries. Volume 2 will be thinner than volume 1 but it doesn't have to be much thinner. Could be called Wonder Woman by Greg Rucka & Liam Sharp somewhere, like in the cover but keeping the indicia for Volume 1. Seeing what they did with Hitman Omnibus 2, kinda opens up for that.

I thought the Archer's Quest Omnibus 2 would end up including the winick GA/BC stories. But it doesn't look like that given the number of issues collected in volume 1. I also wonder if it's a 2000s GA kind of collection, like, will they try to collect everything? Vol 2 would answer that. Like, it's not like it's a creator centric Omnibus.

My only interest in Archer's Quest is to make my list of comics I have read simpler.

26 Years of Marvels

Marvels came out in 1994.

While I don’t recall the exact date of getting #1…I do remember being in Comics & Collectibles with Dad, and chatting with Chris (the owner), and he showed us this absolutely stunning/beautiful issue with a painted image of the (original) Human Torch and some sort of clear cover piece with the title.
