the beautiful thing about eddie with a baby, too, is that he would so graciously accept a little princess tiara and wear it around the BBQ and brag about how metal he looks the whole time! any baby regularly interacting with eddie has the best speech when they learn to speak, too, because their little brains soaked up how often eddie speaks to them like a little adult (inadvertently helping their speech development LOL) and ugh. UGH. also, he wears a lot of jewelry! it's sparkly! babies LOVE that kind of thing!
like eddie to me reads as a guy who could fall either way on the "having children" spectrum but eddie with your baby..... ough...... OUGH.................. waking up to see him walking around, shirtless, with a baby on his chest as he hums music to them while making a bottle................................ #collectiveovulation

minor lore drop lmao but i have a degree in childcare and child psych and coming from that perspective Eddie would be SO awesome for a kiddo's development. like you said- he'd talk to them like little adults! he can fill a whole afternoon with talking and singing and interactive play. he's making up elaborate puppet shows with his DM props. playing acoustic guitar real gently and helping them brush over the strings.
we cannot talk about this (we can) Eddie with your/his baby is something that can be so personal... lazing about on the couch w the tiny on his bare chest and his whole hand fitting around their back... humming soft versions of metal songs to lull them to sleep...
