yeah it's the same, my tv page is like that too. and i set my vpn to the US to see if that changed anything but it didn't

Thank you guys for the help!! So it basically seems like everyone sees the same thing... which is good because I can actually fix it.

Basically the pictures that show are the ones with 24. 31. 40. 49. 66. 68. links, and the ones that don’t are the ones with 36. 41. 45. 65. 67., but since the pictures themselves are still at those links, all I (or anyone else who have to fix their own situation) has to do is change those numbers in their own image links.

I’m assuming that the reason why the gifs freeze, and why different gifs freeze at different times and different locations is because that shit changes around in sets? I don’t actually know, I don’t know how giant website servers and proxys work, but hey, this actually is a solution that seems to work in my own blogosphere so yay!

I’m trying my best to tolerate Ray, he even has his moments. (And by ‘moments’ I mean those rare instances when he’s not being overtly self-centered and/or self-righteous…) But being in a relationship brings out the WORST in his character always, and the show(s) enable even all his downright concerning behavioral patterns. And of course a romance storyline with him is definitely going to drag down the female character he’s involved with, because again, no one’s going to properly address his behavior, so said female character is just suffering patiently beside him and just… CAN WE NOT??? It’s hard enough to swallow him as it is, let’s not make things worse.

To me new guy so far is just… incredibly bland? Beyond that, it’s really just all about - as you pointed out - the fact that it looks like they chose to add yet another white straight dude to the mix, as if we didn’t have 4 of those already (I’m including Rip, because we don’t know how long he’ll be actually gone). For a show that includes women, people of color, and one (1) canon bi character, somehow 5/8 of the cast still consists of straight white dudes. That’s gotta be some kind of an accomplishment.

nay, i don’t think that he’s popular with the tumblr crowd (well, i hope he isn’t... granted, i’ve seen a lot of YIKES in the arrow fandom so i can’t be sure...), but i get the overall impression that he’s liked by the general audience? the writers sure as hell try positioning him as the ~likable pure hero~ or w/e, and i tried going with it, but he once again shone as Douche Overlord in these kendra storylines so... yeah

ray is a piece of shit and the only way i can watch this show is by fast forwarding through most of his scenes. like it’s a shame i have to skip some of kendra’s stuff because of it but if he’s there i wanna throw up.

god, i tried tolerating him before, but this episode he really went above and beyond, i can’t believe that he’s a central character with a large fanbase. i want to throw him out of an airlock. and i can’t believe kendra had to suffer through that, i take back every negative thing i ever said about her and carter, you two do you (or each other w/e), just no more ray pls
