That's my drawing style, sorry. Derik is one of the main characters in Diversis, premiring next year. This is possible just a concept art, the only thing missing is her ribbons that hung off the triangular clips. After a duel she can be seen without it so it still fits. She has that wristette on both of her arms, bra armor underneath her loose clothing and a large belt that has a silk tail cape sewed on.
