Colour Shield Review

Used the product a couple of times and haven't noticed much of a difference. I've used the spray the most because i want shinier hair that looks less dead but i can't tell if its working.

Regardless I love getting products courtesy of #influenster and am hoping that my recently dyed black hair will stay black.

Alright, so a few days ago I posted an image of my hair after using the Garnier Color Shield Blonde Refresher that was sent to me courtesy of Influenster, showing off the results.

I've been using it for about a week and a half now (including the Color Shield Conditioner) and I've gotta say, I do enjoy the look and feel of my hair after going through the treatment, and my hair does look refreshed. I don't go on about products that often, but if you're a blonde, I would really recomend giving the products a try. I find the using the Blond Refresher alone does leave my hair feeling a touch drier than using the conditioner, but I've been mixing the two together and have been quite happy with those results. The hair is bright and soft.

Garnier Fructis Color Shield

Hey lovelies,

So normally I go to my favourite youtubers for hair and product advice however, I received a VOXBOX from influenster which contained Garner Fructis Color shield shampoo, conditioner and hair mask.. let me tell you.. new FAV product. 

So first of all, I color my hair regularly and often change up the color. Right now, it's highlighted blond. It's important to me as my hair is the key feature that can easily be changed when I get bored and fresh hair just completes the entire look. I think that the hardest thing on colored hair is water.. the more you wash you hair the harder it is to maintain the color especially with red hair. Blond tends to fade with water and turn brassy with sun exposure.

I have now used these products multiple times and I can truly say I already see a difference in my hair from the texture to the color.

Garnier Follow Up

Here we go: All thoughts and opinions are mine, I received these items via VoxBox/Influenster.

The shampoo: Smells delish! Works similar to any other SLS shampoo that I've used. Not much has changed here. Good lather. Hair felt clean. The conditioner: Claims to give you that "after colour conditioner feeling". This product most definitely lives up to that (I LOVE this feeling so it was awesome that it works!). Also smells super! Something I can see myself using maybe. Hair felt soft.

*I love that the packaging for the shampoo and conditioner is opposite - the shampoo opens at the top, the conditioner at the bottom. This makes them easy to tell apart :) The spray: Sucks for my hair. Left me greasy looking (I have naturally oily/greasy hair) , felt weight down (but soft). Doesn't smell that great. Probably won't use it or try it again. Up next for Garnier -  I have yet to try their Pure Clean line  (Their version of SLS free)- anyone have thoughts on that? I keep seeing negative reviews.
