Would you do any monsters inc characters? If so, what about Randall? :)

As long as we can find a way to fit them in, we’ll definitely keep those characters in mind for future batches.

Sure thing! There's a few that I could think of:

The first time she met Thomas O. Perhaps it was at a parent/teacher conference where something happened to one of her children, whether they did something good or bad.

The death of her husband. She was the one who had found him when he was murdered, which was probably very traumatic for her and still sits with her. 

An encounter with Marcus. She does think that he is someone who knows about what's going on with her husband's untimely death.

Something with one of her co-workers which include Ms. Potts and Xavier, also to a certain extent, Adam Lupin.  Could be just a normal day at the office.

A conversation shared between her and Marie. I would suggest reading her daughter's biography because there could definitely be possible confrontations between the mother and daughter.
