If you are playing an RPG or MMO and you say you don’t have time to play such games: Make time to play em then.

Or just play a game that you can instantly get into without much time investments like puzzle games or simple platformers or beat em ups or ANYTHING ELSE THAT ISN’T AN RPG OR MMO. STOP COMPLAINING ABOUT “TIME INVESTING” INTO GAMES WHEN YOU SHOULD BE TRYING TO PLAY AND ENJOY THE GAME.

You only want to watch cutscenes without pushing any buttons to progress through the game? We got just the game for you, IT’S CALLED MOVIES.

Wanna read the lore without having to invest in any game what so ever? We got just the game for you~, IT’S CALLED BOOKS.

AND IF THAT IS NOT WHAT YOU WANT, THE CUTTING EDGE OF TECHNOLOGY HAS CREATED A BOON THAT ALLOWS YOU TO DIGESTS VIDEOGAME ENTERTAINMENT MEDIUM WITHOUT HAVING GOING THROUGH THE AWFUL, PRIMITIVE, DATED PROCESS OF “PLAYING” CONTENT. IT’S CALLED WATCHING STREAMED CONTENT OF VIDEOS FOR THESE VIDEOGAMES IN RITUAL FORMS:

I’m going to say this now because I will not be sorry for this: I will laugh at anyone who bought 1-2-Switch.

Why?

$50 price tag

For $50, there’s nothing flashy at all

it detaches from what video games are suppose to be, you’re not looking at the screen to play the game. To name a few: DDR, Sing it, Rock band, and even fucking Just Dance games have you looking at the screen to play them and those are decent at least and are sometimes at social gatherings.

Nintendo Land puts it to shame because it showcased the Wii U’s Hardware in a decent way, which is embarrassing.

Wii Sports did what Nintendo Land does better in that regard and is actually enjoyable to play even if you’re “hardcore”

for $50, you could get a board/card game and some food; that would probably be more stimulating than 1-2-Switch. Seriously the base game of Cards Against Humanity is like $25 (and it’s a very funny and good card game) and you can use the rest to get pizza for your game night or whatever.

for $50, I’m sure you can get some nerf guns if you want to do a western duel for you and your soon to be dead companions, or if you want a sword fight, get nerf bats or some light sabers to swing around. The idea I’m getting at is that you probably have some better options for the things than what 1-2-Switch has to offer.

for $50, you could get Bomberman R. Fuck you, Bomberman is fantastic for multiplayer and simple to get into.

If you want a social game, 1-2-Switch has nothing good to offer that will justify it’s price tag and I will laugh at anyone who thinks it does.

I find it funny that I have e-mails for job openings, but they are either:

Far far away from where I live

or

Requires I car that I don’t even fucking have.

If you really want to try to justify the $60 price tag for a stripped down game like Let’s Go Pikachu/Eevee because it’s beginner friendly then unfollow me and don’t even bother interacting with me.

The are better game designs that you could employ to ease in new players to your games and this is not one of them.

It doesn’t even matter if it’s a spin off, paying $60 bucks (Let alone 100 for that pokeball) is the most criminal thing I’ve ever seen and it works because of the power of brand.
