Research Query - Vulcan/Romulan Physiological Response to Stimuli I

As I have been conducting more studies regarding the human tendency to engage in what can only be called “recreational fear,” I am beginning to form a theory involving the difference between Romulanoid Vulcanoid and Human evolution. However, I need to document more experiences before I can form an educated hypothesis. 

To any Vulcan who sees this query: What is your physiological response to human “scare” stimuli? 

I understand that asking for any emotional response would be inappropriate and pointless. However, I would be interested to know any and all information regarding exposure or involvement in human recreational fear activities. Horror movies, haunted houses, decorations, traditions... Any information will be useful. An exchange of like information is available upon request.

Research Query - Fear

As we approach the human holiday “Halloween/Hallow’s Eve,” I am noticing an interesting trend in human behavior. This is something I had observed before my disappearance training absence, but now that I have received what I needed in order to continue with my mission; I am very privileged to have been given this opportunity, I feel the need to investigate further.

Query: What “scary” activity do you actively seek out? What causes you a sense of exhilarating terror?

Autumn Mood

It is the season of Autumn where I am now, and the change in season seems to be having a curious effect on the humans around me. Besides their typical obsession with their various holidays and rituals, the preparation for winter seems to be almost primitively ritualistic among them. They seem to be nostalgic for a time thousands of years past and are enchanted by the way their planet behaves during the shift from their summer to winter. 

I understand tradition. I understand holidays and rituals. I understand honoring the ways of the past (though, we Romulans are far less caught up in the past than humans seems to be). But something seems to have taken hold of these humans that I neglected to properly observe in the past.
