White Knight - As I said earlier , I think that Pyrrha was and still is Jaune’s soulmate, she’s perfect for him. People say that our boy is moving forward and I don’t deny it. It’s normal to fall in love again or just marry someone who we loved a long time ago. But Jaune can’t get over Pyrrha’s death, so I don’t see it happening until the end of the entire show.
We all knew how the story of Jaune’s crush on our Ice Queen will end. What actually suprised me was how it all turned out. Jaune gave up on Weiss and helped Neptune get closer to her. Then Neptune showed Weiss how good friend Jaune is, he cares for her, looks after her. I was very happy at that moment. We didn’t get too much interaction between them for a long time, until the volume 5 finale. They are defintley on good terms, shortly speaking XD. I think we should see more interactions between them to get the whole picture of their relationship (I’m looking at you, volume 7).
I’ve been listening to this video and I really want to hear Weiss saying: She'd be proud of you. It would show that Weiss cares for Jaune as much as he cares about her, not in a romantic way, but like a good friend would.
BUT... I can see it happening at the very end of RWBY. Yes, I’d prefer if Weiss took care of her family business first and Jaune kept Pyrrha in his heart forever, but they are able to move forward, they deserve to be happy.
Combat Googles - The ship itself isn’t bad, I just don’t see it. We only got a few scenes with them. It always felt to me like Yang didn’t actually cared for Neptune. I don’t mean that she doesen’t like him, she just treated him like a normal guy. And, of course, Neptune is that kind of guy, so I wouldn’t expect him to fall in love in the nearest future. I see them as a good buddies at most.
