the ship name for pepper/tony is pepperony and the ship name for bruce/pepper should be dr pepper and the ship name for the trio is dr pepperony so it's totally logical to assume that the trio figured out their ship names are food names so they purposely go to fancy restaurants on their anniversaries or whatever but just order pepperoni pizza and dr pepper to troll the paparazzi
