I love Teddy Lupin but there is simply no way if Remus and Sirius have a child of their own that they would name him Edward "Teddy". It comes from Tonks' FATHER, that's why they picked it - though if she carries the child (as if magic can't make a man pregnant ;) ) then alright, as a thank you to her.
It just feels weird to me and I love Edward/Teddy as a name but here it was for in memory of Tonks' late father.
Otherwise Remus and Sirius would probably pick a Welsh name, I'm not sure if Sirius can digest the idea of using a Black's tradition and use an astronomy name because of the heavy trauma.
Also Hope's name as the middle name of their child would be very sweet, a small wish for their child to have an easier life than them plus Remus' mam being a real treasure over all these years and helping him even if she has no magic.
