Homestuck/Hivebent Narrator
[You will be the voice of the webcomic "Homestuck", thus a lot rides on you. I'm looking for someone who can narrate the troll's side of the story. The voice I'm looking for is a somewhat dark and mysterious voice, but one that can still manage to be captivating]
Lines:
Elsewhere in paradox space, we examine another planet, forgotten by time.
But we will strive to remember. What was this planet's name?
Oh, ha ha! Nice one, smartypants. Really hilarious.
But let's get real here. No more clowning around.
This young troll stands in his respiteblock. It just so happens that today, the 12th bilunar perigee of the 6th dark season's equinox, is the day of this young troll's larval awakening, also known as his wriggling day. Though it was six solar sweeps ago he was given life, it is only today he will be given a name!
Six Alternian solar sweeps, for convenient reference, is equivalent to thirteen Earth years.
Earth, also for convenient reference, is a planet that does not yet exist.
What will the name of this young troll be?
Homestuck/Kids/Trolls (Command Narrator) - Male
[Though this is a very minor role, the "==>" narrators of Homestuck, I think, will bring a lot of life to the comic. I'm looking for a narrating type of male voice that will read out the commands for all the female characters]

[The voice I picture for Rufioh is a very young but more confident sounding Tavros. I also picture him having a slight rasp to his voice. If you are able to pull off a Dante Basco impression....I tip my hat to you]

[The voice I imagine Meulin having is one that is very excitable, very energy filled and very cute. Remember to keep her loudness in check. While, yes, she is sorta loud due to her fangirl-like nature. She is mainly loud because she is deaf and can’t hear her own loudness]

[The voice I picture for Porrim is a rather motherly one. Something that is mid to low range without sounding too deep. I also see her, much like Kanaya, with some type of proper accent. I heavily envision either German or Austrian]

[The voice I imagine Latula is similar to that of Princess Daisy’s from the Super Mario series. I always imagined Latula being a tomboy of sorts]

[The voice I hear for Aranea is a sort of mix between Pearl from Steven Universe and Velma from Scooby-Doo. Either voice fits really well]

[The voice I imagine for Horuss is a sort of excitable Papyrus kind of voice. Unlike Equius, Horuss is unsettling yet he isn’t dark and mysterious about it]

Kurloz Makara
[The voice I can see Kurloz having is a very dark/very mysterious kind of voice. I’d highly suggest checking out a voice actor by the name of David Near and listen to some of his work of rather dark characters]

[The voice I picture Cronus having is a strong mix between a 50′s greaser and Christopher Walken. What I discovered is that if you implement a Russian accent, his quirk sorta becomes like Eridan’s quirk]

[The voice I hear for Aradia is someone with a bit of vocal fry to their voice. In other words, a sort of slight rasp to the voice. Like Rose, I sorta imagine Aradia having a very light Raven-esque voice to her]

[The voice I hear for Karkat is actually a very human-sounding one. I still hear a bit of angry gruffness in his voice, but I see him primary sounding less “cartoony” than the other trolls]

[The voice I imagine for Nepeta is one with a lot of energy to it. The voice is also high-pitched, but without becoming too grating to the ears. Try to find the right balance]

Kanaya Maryam
[The voice I hear for Kanaya is one that is very refined/elegant. I always pictured Kanaya being the most orderly and punctual out of the entire group. As such, I sorta always imagined her with a slight English/British accent]
