WELCOME TO CAMP EVERGREEN !
Nestled in the scenic woodland landscape of the Pennsylvanian Poconos lies Camp Evergreen. Opening its grounds in 1965 to young girls and boys across the country, its attendance size has grown from the initial 20 campers to over 300 attendees in the last half-century. For eight weeks out of the summer, campers learn about the natural landscape around them, participate in group activities and games, and forge special bonds of friendship that last beyond their stay at Camp Evergreen.
As well-respected as Camp Evergreen is, it would be nowhere without its staff of counselors, often comprised of college students looking for volunteer work and leadership experience. Often considered the ‘front lines’ of the camp, the counselors are there leading workshops, keeping the cabins in check, and making sure everything runs smoothly for the campers at Camp Evergreen. But who’s to say that they can’t have a little summer fun for themselves ??
VERSE RULES
1) this verse is open to mutuals. it is not first come first serve 2) ic drama is encouraged -- but ooc drama is NOT. 3) no duplicate fcs/twins unless discussed beforehand 4) this verse is going to be relaxed, so i won’t be super strict on activity or anything, i’m requesting activity be at least once a week as a minimum !! 5) send all applications to me ( @brookesmxrt ) & include your muses age (counselors are 18+), cabin, & if you want to have your muse be an activity specialist, which activity they’re assigned to !! 6) there will be an ooc skype chat for plotting purposes. if you’re interested in joining, just send me your username !! 7) please track the tag: v. camp evergreen
