11. Something you want to do again next year?

artfight for sureeee im excited esp bc i should have my dnd character designed by then and i am planning to draw her so i will finally have a non-cat character up there LOL also i went camping with my lab partner and co in august and we have vaguely talked abt doing that again this year which would be fun

19. What’re you excited about for next year?

answered here but for some other stuff i am Tentatively excited about the shakespeare class i have scheduled this upcoming semester… i have been waiting to take it ever since declaring my english minor But i fear i might have too much on my plate this semester and will just wind up resenting it on account of it taking up time when it’s not for my actual degree 😭 bc i am currently scheduled for 17 credits 6 of which are master’s level…which wouldn’t really be a big concern but obv there is the musical as well for which i will be on production team too this year not just cast so i am a little uhhhhhh abt that. but also some of the classes are online so maybe it won’t be too bad idkidk anyway im getting off topic here. also excited for art markets to start opening back up <3

20. What’s something you learned this year?

i learned that i 100% could have finished les mis in like 2-3 weeks if i had literally ever fully committed to it other than the past few days 🫡 💀 LOL but for something more serious umm. i am learning to trust that at least two of my friends actually genuinely like me and want to spend time with me i think haha

#the 17 credits weren’t part of the plan i wanted to test out of one of the classes im now scheduled for but i have just completely dropped #the ball on making like. literally any attempt to study for it lmfao… might say fuck it and try to cram in the week and a half before the #semester starts and just see what happens but idk #the test does cost a fair amount of money but i think the website i Was using to study gives a waiver if you finish all its modules and #practice tests… the question however is if i feel like dedicating the remainder of my break to that when it might not get me anywhere #<- just bc of how little time to study #also i don’t really foresee online introductory econ class being a problem for me as a class next semester so. but it would just be another #thing to keep track of so idk #ask #ask meme answers #comeangelsofunknown #orla #🫶🫶🫶

wouldn’t qualify these as my favorites, necessarily, but they’re what my brain has demanded i play on loop recently — hell above (ptv), king for a day (ptv also, i’m on a weird ptv kick idk), i know the end (phoebe bridgers), another life to lose (greg laswell), don’t try (gway), and falling in love will kill you (also gway)

2. Do you still buy CDs (or other physical media)?

no not really although i did order one of those free cds + shipping like maybe half a year ago from a small artist i saw (makaela joy!). unfortunately i am not sure why i did this as i do not own any sort of cd player LOL (besides my playstation maybe?) this was 100% an impulse purchase but her music is nice :]

40. Which was the best concert you’ve ever been to?

not to billyjoelify this ask again but i think the only concerts ive been to besides when i was like a baby are billy joel and ariana grande and i really only remember billy joel bc i was also quite young for ariana. though i will say her performance of pink champagne stuck with me enough that i looked it up years later only to discover it’s not on any streaming platforms which was saddening at the time. but final answer billy joel 🙂‍↕️

62. Artists/bands you think have an impeccable discography, with no bad albums

hmm this one’s hard because to be honest i haven’t listened to a lot of artists’ full discographies. off the top of my head i want to say mitski, the oh hellos, and the crane wives but ive only listened to mitski in full up to be the cowboy and i have just learned that the crane wives released an album two years ago that i did not know about so i cannot speak to that lol. olivia rodrigo probably? yspsfagsil doesn’t quite hit emotionally the same as guts and sour personally (as someone who has never been in a relationship so take that with a grain of salt lol) but i do enjoy most of the songs on it and rlly like it as far as its storytelling progression throughout the album
