Where can I watch this - and the other non-American housewives??

I downloaded this and all of the Vancouver one from either pirate bay (thepiratebay.se) or kickass torrentz (kickass.to).  I wasn't sure if the French or Brazillian ones would be in English so I haven't tried to get those yet.

I know, thats my mindset ever since Dental Assisting didn't work out. But its like I've never had an extreme passion for something like others do. I've never felt anythings really "my calling". I like so many different things but theyre all at the same level I guess? So it's hard. I wish I was a person who was SUPER into something like my boyfriend is with physics or his brother is with golf.
