Finally home this weekend to spend time at out beach!!!! I remember living in america and my father telling me stories of santa maria beach. Of course it never really registered for me at the time how incredible beautiful this place was until i got here. Today i got to spend some time snorkling. Its one of .y favorite activities. Besides seeing all the pretty fish it mames me concentrate on my breathing and clear my head a bit. I would say its my favorite form of meditation !!! For those of you who are feeling unhappy, a great cure is to spend some time in water.
