However, I’m afraid I might not be able to give you a fully satisfying answer since I haven’t played the Comet TLSQ yet. In fact, I still haven’t played my first match (I stopped playing right before it) since, well... I find the Quidditch content a bit boring.

That being said, I skipped through some videos (and earlier through datamine), and I assume you’re talking about Skye spreading the rumours about Rath stealing the broom? Honestly, I feel like it’s pretty in-character for Skye: to do first and think later (if at all). I guess that’s why I don’t really like her... Also, my expectations when it comes to logic in that storyline are rather low. I assume they simply needed to “strengthen” conflict between MC and Rath for future chapters, so that’s what we got.

I’m sorry that my reply is kind of superficial! I’m just not very invested in that particular case as I said.
