incase you guys don’t know, i am a collegiate athlete!!

i’m currently in season and just had my season opener, so i’ve been crazy busy and flat out exhausted this semester. but!!! i haven’t forgotten about you guys and i’m still trying to write some fics to publish.

i am also currently brainstorming my next smau for when i finally have the time/mental energy to write it, and i love all the suggestions you guys are leaving in my inbox/dms!!

i’m still thinking about this page and all of you guys, i promise i’m still here!! i can’t wait to find a new equilibrium and get back at it.

Just This Once, Everybody Lives Schedule Update (and other projects…)

I don’t know who actually reads these posts but just in case I wanted to drop a little update for anyone who’s checking up on JTOEL.

I’ve gotten back home to the states from my international vacation, but unfortunately I will have a huuuge workload to catch up on for school in the next few days in order to make deadlines. This does mean that JTOEL is sadly not my first priority when it comes to exerting my energy and finding time in my schedule.

The first ten chapters flowed out of me so quickly it was insane, but as we come up on some of the more tricky parts to write that progress has slowed significantly even outside of my busy schedule. Updates should become weekly or bi-weekly again in the future, but for now as I try to navigate all the work I have to do with planning out the next few story beats in a way that’s satisfying and quality enough for my standards, things are likely going to stall significantly for the remainder of July.

I thank everyone who’s stuck with me through this tumultuous little period of my existence, and who have been ever so patient with me and my extremely shitty editing. The edit for existing JTOEL chapters should be done by the end of August at the latest.

All of that being said: I have been noodling around with a couple of short funny/cute ideas I might try to write to blow off some steam or just because they’re coming easily to me. If I do end up with the energy and time to write them, please do not feel like JTOEL is being abandoned or dropped in favor of something else. It’s not. I have untreated ADHD and sometimes I just have to follow where the plot bunnies lead me.

Again thank you all for reading and following along with my silly little story. I’m very excited to show you guys what I’ve got planned!
