Comfort Bubble

So Therapist #2 asked me to draw my “comfort bubble” because we are both visual learners  and I did. And I thought, “hey, other people could use this to help explain their own feelings, to a friend, therapist, parent, whoever, so why not post it on the one social media I actually kind of exist on?” So... here you go

The Comfort Bubble and surrounding areas. The warmer the color, the more comfortable it is. (Red- most comfortable, Orange- not super comfortable but doable, Yellow- I will cry if I do this)
