... o izboru

Razmišljam ovih dana često o promeni. Znate ono, odjebati sve, početi nešto smisleno za šta osećaš da si stvoren, bataliti od 9 do 5 način života, nutribulete i priču o treninzima i kakvo je vreme napolju.

U teoriji postoji mogućnost izbora i postoje opcije. U praksi postoje moji strahovi, zona komfora, moji roditelji sa niskim primanjima, moja sestra koja traži praksu i jedan način života kojeg se treba odreći.

Uvek postoji izbor, samo je pitanje da li smo ga spremni napraviti.

A u međuvremenu evo dela današnjeg sastanka:

Šef: Will you come to the office on Friday? (pričamo o 3 noću)

Ja: I was planning working from home.

Šef: I am more comfortable if you come to the office.

Ja: Then why are you asking me as if I have a choice?

Happy Friday everyone! I hope you had a challenging week. In a good way of course. This is a reminder to seek out and jump on opportunities to expand your comfort zone. I have been selected to present my talk You Too Can Be A Sketching Machine! as a webinar. This is my next big challenge. It is a challenge to present in front of a live audience and even more challenging when there is nobody in front of in person. During a webinar presentation, you can't count on things such as eye contact, body language, or instant feedback on your ideas, but this is a new experience which will help me grow and improve my presentation skills.
