I got a new cone for Sidney today - it’s still pretty aversive but I think it’s less aversive than the black comfy cone - at least he can see around it now - you can say it’s too long - but the next size down - this is the 20cm one - the next size down is the 15cm - he could get at his stitches so it was completely useless - we’ll see if he figures out some way to get at his stitches with this one - Sidney is incredibly cagey - he also hasn’t used his leg for the last two days which worries me a bit which made me switch cones - I was worried that the black cone was making him hurt himself because he couldn’t see where he was going - at least with this one he has some peripheral vision back - just one more week, Sidney and then the stitches come out - right now the second I take the cone off he’s right back at the stitches so the cone has to stay on #hidingsidney #coneofshame #comfycone #bichonsofinstagram #rescuedogsofinstagram #novascotia #dogkisserinternationalheadquarters #tplosurgery #aclsurgery #lymedisease #halifax (at Dogkisser International Headquarters) https://www.instagram.com/p/BwC3VdQnRdU/?utm_source=ig_tumblr_share&igshid=asjqssw2rd6k
