Hi everyone! I don't post very often from my personal life, but I hope some of you wont mind taking some time to read about the, frankly, RUDE and DECEPTIVE crap Comicpalooza is pulling. We all know how much work goes into really quality cosplays. My friend, kitanncosplay, is honestly one of the most talented people I know, and her cosplays are some next level stuff. So next level, in fact, she entered and won (!!) this year's cosplay contest at Comicpalooza. Anyone who was at the con knows there were some serious production troubles for the contest, but it was still a huge crowd draw and I know a loooot of people go to cons for the awesome cosplays. Kit was supposed to get $800 as a prize for her win. As of now, almost five months after the con, she's received NOTHING. No acknowledgement from Comicpalooza that she won, no money, absolutely zilch. They've been giving her and the nine other people who won the email runaround. So please, read up on this, reblog this post to your followers, spread her post and Tall Princess's post about it on Facebook if you can. She and the other winners deserve their prizes and Comicpalooza needs to be held accountable for its terrible organization and bullshitting. Thanks to you all and have a nice day!!!
