So this happened today... Brand new, 2019 vintage, still wrapped 'The Art of Ian Kennedy' reference book. Who is Ian Kennedy you may ask? Just think of every awesome Commando Comic Cover over the past 60 odd years and most likely he is the guy who illustrated them. Not just Commando, but also many other iconic British Comics. Got one for myself and one for the shop. His art perspective makes the connection to the story and characters, as the graphic action immerses the imagination of the reader. I feel a knighthood is not far away or even an MBE for his services.
