Netflix has yet to announce an official premiere date, but production timelines now give a clearer sense of the wait ahead. Principal photography is set to begin in Edinburgh on July 13, 2026, with the roughly five-month shoot expected to wrap in mid-December 2026. With post-production to follow, that schedule realistically points to a premiere in the second half of 2027 at the earliest, a far cry from the initial hope of 2026 release previously reported; still, better late than never.
