With Announcement Day just a few short days away, things are 'leaking' like a sieve where Lorwyn Eclipsed is concerned. I won't reveal any cards but here are the two Commander Decks for the set. 5C Elementals and Jund Wither. See, I told you "Massacre Girl, Known Killer" was a prelude to Wither returning in the Lorwyn set.

I am the Black Mage - Commander (Vivi Ornitier)

A deck created using Moxfield.

Initial version of my Vivi deck is up. It's less a Vivi deck right now and more a "generic spellslinger list" that happens to be helmed by Vivi, but I plan to make a lot of upgrades over time.

(The bulk of this was my old Izzet themed deck when I had built a deck themed around each guild. I eventually took all the decks apart but kept the Izzet deck's pieces together because I knew I would eventually want to build a new spellslinger deck.)

I love that for the mtg pride event your commander just gets a lil buddy. You get an extra dude. I think it's a really fun way to celebrate pride and fun mechanic for the event. I can't wait to see the crack ship combos going on.

(Also I love the lore implications of this. Like, are all potential commanders queer since they're being partnered for pride? And not all commanders are people yk? (Looking at Dogmeat specifically))
