I’ve been in the mood to draw ponies, I hadn’t done an Inktober drawing for today, and I’ve been watching MLP reviews a lot the last few days, SO HERE WE GO: two of my favorite people from the Brony Analysis community, @joshscorcher and @brawny-buck! (And I finished it in like 4 hours! MOTIVATION IS AWESOME)

IDK, I tried to think of a comic involving the two of them and the first commonality that to come to mind was fighting skills. XD; I plan to color this and maybe add a background at some point, when it’s not 12:30 in the morning.  Also I have only ever played Street Fighter once in an arcade and I did terrible. This setting is entirely thanks to the sheer iconicness of that game and how well it suited my needs.

What do ya’ll think, are there any other Brony Analysts out there who’d be an interesting matchup? I’d love to do Silver Quill but I have no idea what battle skills he has.

Imagine that my friend and I go to a cupcake fair. My friend loves chocolate cupcakes, and I prefer vanilla. When we get there, there are countless stalls offering amazing, gourmet chocolate cupcakes of every variety under the sun- fudgy chocolate cupcakes, chocolate cupcakes with peanut butter cups on top, cupcakes with extra chocolate frosting, cupcakes with gooey chocolate centers, ect. In contrast, vanilla cupcakes are scarce, and most of them are made from cheap cupcake mix. The vast majority of the stalls specialize in chocolate cupcakes, and only present a few vanilla cupcakes to complement their chocolate collection, often even frosting their vanilla cupcakes with chocolate frosting to appeal to chocolate lovers. The few stalls that specialize in vanilla cupcakes are vastly underfunded and usually regarded as inferior in quality. I walk around and around the hundreds of stalls searching for good vanilla cupcakes, but struggle to find ones that are made with vanilla lovers in mind. Finally, near the end of the day, I drag my tired legs up to a new stall and find that it has platters upon platters full of beautiful, delicious vanilla cupcakes. As I am delightedly looking through the stall’s offerings, my friend comes up to look at it. “Wait a minute, that’s not fair,” he says, “This stall should offer more chocolate!”

This is how I feel every time someone complains about the lack of good male characters in MLP.

I find it kinda funny that, despite all of those shipping jokes and them appearing together in everything from livestreams to Dr. Wolf videos, Ink Rose and Josh have never actually made a full episode review together.

They should get on that. It would be amazing!
