Sometimes drawing your Villain OC is the best comfort you get, especially in randomized clothes. This is Commander Tetra :] So uh- short but confusing fact to him, he is technically from another dimension where he has taken Commander Tartars place. In the normal dimension he is Commander Tartars Lieutenant. But his villain self is just so much fun and I love to go haywire with him :] So enjooooyy my Commander Tetra!! :]
