((5 things that make me happy, huh?
1. Strong Platonic relationships: both in real life and fiction, I ADORE good, happy, strong platonic relationships, they carry so much meaning and power and I just freaking love platonic relationships. Yes.
2. Dogs: my family has pretty much always had at least one dog around, and they are precious, fluffy, smart and loving dorks that bring so much joy to my life. Especially my precious little pug. She is adorable.
3. Writing: I know it’s tad cliche for me to include this but yes, writing fills me with great purpose and joy. Not gonna lie.
4. Seeing other people geeking-out about/doing stuff with/being proud of their OCs: this makes me so damn happy you have no idea. Just…keep doin’ what yallre doin’. Have fun with and be proud of your OCS my friends. Enjoy them.
5. Junk food: I won’t lie, I love me some sweets and french fries and stuff. Far too much. I admit this. Save me.

“Hey mom? How is your little silver dragon friend doing? Have you named him yet?” Ava said peeking around the door of Ellen’s apartment. “I brought some food and supplies that Ty acquired for it.”
“It’s... It’s an egg, Ava. For all I know the thing is an ostrich egg or something and this is a prank.”
"Mom? I have something I need to talk to you about..." Ava said as she hobbled over to Ellen.
Ellen raised an eyebrow, lowering the datapad she’d been reading and taking off her old fashioned reading glasses. “You have my attention.”
