Ikki from Amnesia: Memories, both a guy and a game i've never heard of in my entire life! But an anime boy is just the right person to start my next round of bust commissions and it's always good to get out of my comfort zone. I love how well his stand matches my cake platter i use to spin the figures :')

Haven't posted a clay sketch in a whiiiiiile haven't i? I spent all year making stylized figures and obviously this is also stylized but i can't wait to get into slightly more realistic stuff again. It's kinda scary tho but i think an anime bishie is gonna be the right start. My issue is that whenever i sculpt something i like im terrified of starting a new thing in fear of it not being as good and unfortunately the only way to combat is is to do it scared. Awful!

Look how cute she is! I was so excited to FINALLY sculpt a fantroll because even tho i never read Homestuck it's just such a foundation for internet culture. Commission is for @zizzys-art who also designed the pose for the character which helped so much, i barely had to use my brain at all. I tried working with Green Stuff for the strands of her hair for the first time and boy is this a gamechanger, that stuff is amazing.

You add some basic colors to the face and suddenly he looks like a person!! Magic
