Another lot of commissions has been approved and hopefully will go out this weekend. In the meantime, a bit of news from the 'lab'.
Two new NPC scent blends have been approved; Morrigan and Merrill. The descriptions are up on the NPC and Commissions to Date section of the site and the experiment logs should be up this evening sometime. Blends for Loghain Mac Tir and Seneschal Varel are awaiting approval by their respective commissioners, and Aria T'Loak is a work in progress.
After a bit of a wait, all five slots have been filled in the shower gel trial run. More news and updates on how that's going as that happens. Next trial run might be bath salts, but more word on that once the shower gel trials are through.
On the subject of items other than perfume on offer at Scent of a Warden, while the winter holidays are a long way away, some ventures require a lot of forward planning ... which is why I am gauging interest in a 'gift basket' sort of thing for the holiday gift-giving season now, as each will be a bit of an endeavour and will require a lot of forward planning. The gift baskets will be a lot like what one finds in places like the Body Shop or Lush or similar; baskets or cosmetics bags containing trial-sized items from the Scent of a Warden repertoire. Most of the trial run items will likely be good practice for when and if I start this project up, but I wondered about the best combination of contents. So if you were to receive such a gift pack, what sort of things would you like to see in it?
I am also contemplating beaded bracelets with an appropriate colour theme for the character on whom the scents are based. I'd be grateful for any replies or asks with constructive commentary, suggestions or questions.
