CAN YOU BELIEVE THIS ART IS JUST WORTH 10 DOLLARS EACH ????

Hi artist and non artist friends, I dunno if anyone can see this post since im not famous in tumblr or anything but I need your help! My SO's an amazing artist but he's stuck in a toxic freelancer relationship. He really needs money but his employer drastically lowered down his promised rate from 40usd to 10 usd PER ART because he "draws super fast" and "it should be 10usd because its easy for you" His employer demands a load of revisions all the time and he's really overworked and underpaid. I really, really, REALLY want to help him but I don't know where he can apply or get commissions and stuff (he just graduated last March and has no idea where else to work)... Art is his passion and he dreams of working in a studio or an art company, and if anyone, please, can help us find a new employer for art work or commission him something even for anything higher than 15usd for an art it would be a great great help for us and he's probably going to accept the work and be very happy.. :'(

(His new mushroom album art worth 10usd and his employer hates it since he wants it more realistic but not increasing his pay but his employer gets all the benefits and selling it for more than 100usd)
