Commitment to new things. And to myself.
8 days ago, I decided once again to start back on my self - love/yoga journey. I am gently guiding myself back to the practice, working back towards a healthy diet but not judging myself for having struggled to commit to myself to begin with. My yoga time is my "me" time. It's the time that I take to remind myself, "I got this. Breathe into the tension then let it go. Leave it on the mat. Stay grateful." These are just a few things that come to me when I'm on my mat. I started doing yoga with Adriene and I'm loving it! I'm also continuing with Allie the Journey Junkie. So currently I am doing the 30 day yoga challenge (with Adriene) And the 30 pose journey(with Allie). I would love to use this as a platform to talk about the things I experience during my practice, to be honest and to reflect. And to keep myself committed 😉 I hope you'll join me on this journey!
