The old mill of Wiestal in the Spessart-region of Germany. It was mantained by the whole village so every farmer could mill his grains there. When the village creek below had not enough water they channeled water from other creeks and farminggrounds above (the wooden pipeline up left), making this little building a perfect example for Commons in the classic meaning of the word.
