Watch This Grow
I did it. I sat down and created development goals for myself and the business I’m trying to build. When I’m successful with my most important goals, I will have a satisfied business following of clients, employees, investors, and stakeholders. To meet the development goals I have, I need to measure my performance so I created two accountability tasks: a daily review of the business performance, and a weekly performance summary for stakeholders. I’ve decided to try this new routine during the rest of February and all of March. At the beginning of April I’ll decide how to fine-tune the work to meet the needs of the business and then develop new goals for the next quarter.
