Time for a new contest!

New month, new contest! This month, we're all about expanding the CTnS. We've had so much fun during our first two Hangouts- we met new fans, young and old, new fans and fans of 10+ years, all with different stories- and we want to continue TnS fans. This month, we're looking for your help.

Here's the deal...

Invite a friend to follow us and/or join our March Hangout. Both your name and your friend's name will be thrown into a hat (probably our favorite "dotty" one) for a prize. The more this community grows, the more often we'll pull names for prizes.

What will you win? Any t-shirt from the TnS online store. We'll buy it and send it to ya!

We really don’t have any idea if they know about us. I believe they have favorited a tweet of ours, but that’s about all. I think just continuing to support us and sharing what we are doing can help! It would be amazing if they joined one of our meetups!

I saw the end of the contest video where it shows who the 5 of you are, and I really appreciate that you did that so we know who we're meeting up with. And I also like that even though you kind of put it out there you still work as a team and try to make it less about you as individuals and more about the community. I really like that and appreciate what the CTnS does. Kudos!

This is a wonderful idea and TnS would be delighted. End of story. Nobody involved is making any profit or infringing in any way. I have no doubt TNS would encourage this! If the people involved want recognition why would they prefer to be anon?

People might think this is trying to be a new SCS but it's soooooo different. The SCS is cool in its own way. It let's us feel more connected to tegan and sara but this connects us to each other. When has the SCS ever tried to get people together to actually meet and hang out? And maybe I'm in the minority here but I like that it's other fans organizing all of this and not someone from management. Cheers!

The SCS is fantastic! We absolutely love them! We think it can create a great atmosphere and promote positivity! We hope you can join some of our hangouts or other events! Keep being awesome!
