Community Connect is a brand new training program designed for business and community organizations that interact with older adults. This program trains individuals to identify those who appear to be isolated or in need of support and in turn, refer them to appropriate services and resources.
"The training was very informative. It makes it a lot easier to know that there is only 1 number to call if I see a problem or a concern and get help for someone in need. It’s a one-stop shop. Really happy I attended. It’s a great program. ”
