#ConnextionzNewz: 1 year ago today was the official launch of #CommunityConnextionz which is a collaboration between OG Media Productions and W.O.W Radio. On this day, they debuted their documentary “50 Years: Dreams of a Vision” and held a #privatescreening at Freedom Manor in Fort Washington, MD. Their were 50 patrons in attendance. There were also #youthvolunteers in attendance that served as greeters and ushers. This was the start of the CC Youth Team. “50 Years: Dreams of a Vision” is a mini-#documentary series capturing the reflections of a generation who’ve seen a dream transform over the last 50 years. In 1965, there were several pivotal moments in the #AfricanAmerican history in this country. 50 years later we are still feeling the effects of our #transition.
