LS Comment: What a waste of money and time! The Minister would reap far greater benefits by putting that money to work right now in getting the E&N commuter service running all the way from Duncan, if not Nanaimo, so that up-Island travelers would have another option for getting to and from Victoria.
Every car or van taken off the Malahat will relieve road space for residents of the West Shore communities who must now funnel through the Six Mile interchange and, ultimately, the McKenzie and Tillicum intersections.
