tw: brief mention of abuse

i look back at my childhood with deep sadness

ableism and other forms of abuse resulted warped my sense of self and a mood disorder (with the help my genetics of course)

my brain has been freezing as soon as i try to express things to myself. my ability to think things thru feels so labored and i wonder if i’m still experiencing burnout or if i’m moving into a depressive episode courtesy of my comorbid bipolar disorder 😓
