1. Snatch: EMOMx10: 1 Snatch, 85-95%

One of the better snatch days. Felt like I got the bar a 1 cm closer to me than usual...only like 12 cm to go.
2. Clean & Jerk Every 2 Minutes x 10 rounds: 1 Clean and Jerk, 85-90%

Cleans felt like they usually do. Jerks felt solid. Full lockout on all.
3. Squat EMOMx10: 1 Back Squat, across

Up 5# from last week. Definitely harder than the last few weeks but still no fails.

Still babying my hip from the issues in the beginning of the week.
No going out for me tonight and probably not even going out tomorrow night. I just hate the cold and the rain.
Everyone is talking about the FOMO syndrome and Im just like: I could give two shits about it. There will be other nights to go out. Plus my best friend here are college isn’t here this weekend so it makes going out that much harder.

Also hoping my body cooperates physically and I can be comfortable in a bikini. Like Im not uncomfortable I just know I could look better and do want to. Its just a matter of how much I love food haha.
Alright should probably go to bed soon to try and fight off a little more of this sickness.

I was already exhausted this morning and then hitting the gym three times really sent me over the edge.
Took a 2.5 hour nap after classes. It was great.
So why did I workout three times well because hot guy came later then expected. (read previous post for full insanity)
So bloated and tired and moody. Not a good day.
At least I didn’t lose my headphones!

Celebrating my friends 21st tonight. So will most likely be taking tomorrow off. She is also the friend who has been dealing with guy stuff and making me very frustrated about it.
Quads are so sore for whatever reason.
Also found out I got an $80 red light ticket that I need to pay so looks like Ill be returning some clothes, or giving up AC...which I really don’t want to do.

I literally just listened to Barbell Shrugged’s podcast on not getting in your head and then I do this shit.
I threw a little temper tantrum b/c the gym opened at 6pm so I was antsy and then didn’t get a platform despite getting there at 6:01. And then I couldn’t get the turnover and threw the bar down...yeah people noticed.
But seriously what is wrong with me?!?!?!
