#my full time job#and my sw work#both involve my being on the internet#using my phone#looking up trends as well etc#so it can get to be very overwhelming#comparison issues#the news#my period started today and i was in a bit of pain#so i took today off#and it really helped#watched movies with momma#wrote out stuff i like about myself#my life#things I’m looking forward to#in my journal#and that#ALWAYS#helps!!#i feel so much better#still bitter and afraid#but I won’t let that take away#how grateful i am to be alive#for this life#forever
