Thanks everyone! I made an appointment for next Saturday, eeee!! I have a feeling my stylist is going to say it will never work with my hair type, but if so I'm hoping she can come up with something similar!

I really think we all need something to aim for, ya know? For me, a certain weight is a decent target, but getting into different size clothes is better. I can make a visual goal out of it, and that just helps me stay inspired and focused. Plus, I can see progress with them over time, ya know? Even small changes can be celebrated. :-)

I think I did it, though!  I think I actually worked out what to do, and then went on to successfully do it.  That hardly ever happens!  Not sure what's going on with your sentient phone though!

I was scared to try it too, but it really does feel amazing to know that I can do it and that I'm well on my way to finishing this program and getting to that 5k. Thank you so much for your comments and support!
