Hey, look at me for a second, okay? I know things get overwhelming sometimes. The world moves fast, people expect so much from you, and some days it feels like you’re carrying a weight no one else can see. But you don’t have to do it all at once. You don’t have to carry it alone.

You matter. Not just to me—but to this world. To the people who care about you. And to yourself, most of all.

So do me a favor, sweetheart. Drink some water. Eat something—it doesn’t have to be perfect, just enough to keep you going. And if you have meds? Take them. Not later. Now. Your health isn’t a burden. It’s important. Just like you.

I know it might feel silly, hearing this from someone, especially me, but I see how hard you’re trying. How much you give to everyone else. So let me give something back—this reminder, this moment, this quiet nudge.

You don’t need to be saving the world to be worth caring for. You just need to be you. That’s more than enough for me. So slow down a minute. Take a breath. Let me hold the cape while you rest. I’ve got you. Always.

Connect With Your Inner Dragon (And Nap) - I could draw dragons forever. They look like so many different things and they can be so many different ways. Anyway. My mom said “Connect With Your Inner Dragon” after a DnD session so I knew I had to make art inspired by that.
