I've been doing too much Compass Learning.

But now I feel like people are like atoms.

Covalent bonding people- They find other atoms(people) find other people to share their lives, and share happiness to be emotionally stable.

Ionic bonding people- Some of these people feed off the emotions of others in order to become emotionally stable; some of these people give all they can to another person, and the other takes in order to become emotionally stable.

Group 8/ Noble Gas people: Perfectly content with lonliness, they're emotionally stable. 

okay what the fuck is wrong with me.

But seriously.

The group 8 people would usually be the ones that have been fucked over one too many times.
