been looking at official archery competition criteria and since I'm considered a recurve shooter I'll have to learn how to shoot at 70m if I want to compete...
the thing is, while I do shoot a 25lb takedown modern recurve, I don't use any sights or stabilizers because I've learned "traditional style" for the past four years and don't plan on changing.
step one would be upgrading my limb strength, but I don't know what else to do after that besides even more practice.
I guess I should focus on my current goal, which is improving at 35m.
